This project consists of a complete renovation of a 2,600 ft\u00b2 urban residence located in the Bel\u00e9n district of Medell\u00edn. The intervention fully transformed the existing house, redefining its image, functionality, and spatial experience.<\/p>

The proposal was conceived under a modern and contemporary language, where architecture, interior design, and technology are integrated into a single system. The objective was to rethink the way the home is inhabited, incorporating high-value social spaces, sustainable solutions, and smart automation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The residence was reimagined under a contemporary language that redefines its image and functionality. Social spaces were optimized, the indoor\u2013outdoor relationship was enhanced, and the fa\u00e7ade was updated with a cleaner composition, balanced proportions, and integrated architectural lighting.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
