Simetría y Espacio Constructora S.A.S was founded in 2018 with the conviction that every person deserves a space that reflects their story, their style, and the way they want to live. Since then, under the leadership of architect Gissell Stefanny Isaza, we have developed high-end residential and commercial projects in Antioquia, Colombia, and in Florida, United States.
We are a company that values closeness and attentive listening. We believe that a successful project begins by understanding how the person who will live in or use the space envisions it. That is why we take the time to get to know each client and understand what inspires them, what they wish to feel, and how they expect their environment to adapt to their lifestyle.

At Simetría y Espacio, we design in diverse contexts, adapting to the way people live, build, and inhabit each place. We currently develop projects in Antioquia, Colombia, and Miami, United States—two environments with very different dynamics, styles, and requirements that enrich our approach to design.
We serve clients who live in the United States and wish to build or invest in Colombia, as well as those looking to design and develop their homes in the United States. Our team accompanies them throughout the entire process, even when the client resides in another country and cannot be physically present during the project.

1. Initial Meeting and Quotation:
We begin with a meeting to get to know you, understand your idea, lifestyle, budget, and the conditions of the lot. With this information, we define the project scope and provide you with a clear and detailed quotation.
2. Architectural Design Development:
Once the quotation is approved, we develop the architectural proposal with you, refining the design according to your feedback. We define the layout, spaces, and volumes so the project reflects exactly what you envision.
3. 3D Visualization and Technical Development:
Once the architectural design is defined, we develop the 3D visualization to project interiors and landscaping, along with the necessary technical drawings (structural design and building systems) according to the scope of the project.
4. Construction Permit Process:
We manage the documentation and requirements necessary to obtain the construction permit, coordinating technical and regulatory aspects to ensure the project’s feasibility.
5. Construction:
We carry out the construction under a turnkey approach with specialized professionals, ensuring quality, adherence to schedule, and fidelity to the approved design while carefully executing every detail.
6. Final Delivery:
We perform the final inspections and deliver the completed home, ready to be lived in. We accompany you during this final stage to ensure everything meets the defined expectations and remain available for any future inquiries.
